Sarah graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Cambridge, Ontario in 2013 with continuing education in manual lymphatic drainage and pre/post-natal care.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and CrossFit.
